更新+换新 山东加速度

山东将实施高水平工业技改工程、多领域装备更新工程、消费品以旧换新工程、高品质供给升级工程、高效能循环利用工程、全方位标准提升工程等“六大工程”，扎实推动大规模设备更新和消费品以旧换新工作取得实实在在的成效。

Shandong province will carry out six major projects in high-level industrial technological transformation， multi-field equipment renewal， consumer goods trading up， high-quality supply upgrading， high-efficiency recycling， and comprehensive standard improvement. These projects will effectively promote large-scale equipment renewal and consumer goods trading up to achieve tangible results.

大规模更新换新

今年2月23日，中央财经委员会第四次会议就大规模设备更新和消费品以旧换新工作进行了专题研究；3月1日，国务院常务会议审议通过《推动大规模设备更新和消费品以旧换新行动方案》，并于3月7日由国务院以国发〔2024〕7号文件印发。（剩余3559字）
