基于DRGs的4例疑难肿瘤编码分析报告

【摘要】  通过对4例临床疑难神经源性肿瘤的编码进行分析，并对其查找方法进行探讨，为提高临床肿瘤编码准确性提供参考依据，推动DRGs医保支付下的临床合理用药水平。

【Abstract】  By analyzing the coding of four clinically difficult neurogenic tumors and discussing their search methods， this paper provides a reference for improving the accuracy of clinical tumor coding and promotes the level of clinical rational use of drugs under DRGs medical insurance payment.
