【Abstract】Objective To thoroughly explore the practical integration of the enhanced recovery after surgery （ERAS） concept into perioperative nursing for elderly hip fracture patients.MethodsAcomprehensive nursing protocol was established，encompassing keycomponents such as preoperativecomprehensive assessment，intraoperative painrelief and temperature management，postoperativepaincontrol，meticulouscareofdrainage tubesandcatheters，rehabilitationtraining， multidisciplinaryteamcolaboration，andawel-structuredfollow-upsystem.ResultsGuidedbytheERASconcept，atailored perioperative nursing plan was developed for elderly hip fracture patients，consisting of four major phases： preoperative preparation，intraoperativecare，postoperativeholistic nursing，andrehabilitationexercises.ConclusionTheincorporatioof ERAS strategies intothenursing processfor elderlyhipfracturepatients profoundlyreflects patient-centeredcompasonate care，significantlyreducescomplicationrates，andacceleratesoverallrecovery.This innovativeapproach provides valuable practical experience for managing elderly hip fracture patients with comorbid medicalconditions during the perioperative period.
