摘 要 社区老年人营养风险及营养不良发生率高,建立社区老年人营养管理团队,开展社区老年人全程规范化营养管理具有重要意义。通过团队管理,可以提高社区老年人的营养素养,改善社区老年人的营养状况,预防营养不良的发生,助力实现健康老龄化。

Construction and implementation of the whole nutrition management process for the elderly people in the community

ABSTRACT The nutritional risk and incidence of malnutrition among elderly people in the community are high. It is of great significance to establish a team for nutrition management of elderly people in the community and carry out standardized nutrition management throughout the entire process. Through team management, the nutritional literacy of elderly people in the community can be improved, their nutritional status can be improved, malnutrition can be prevented, and healthy aging can be achieved.
