微波消融在肾细胞癌治疗中的临床应用

摘 要 肾细胞癌是常见的泌尿系恶性肿瘤，保留肾单位手术是目前早期肾细胞癌治疗的金标准。除了传统的肾部分切除手术外，各种保肾手段也逐渐在临床推广应用，微波消融也是其中之一。本文拟从微波消融的工作原理、治疗肾癌的适应证与禁忌证、术式与入路选择、并发症、疗效评估与随访和新技术联合治疗等方面进行综述。

Clinical application of microwave ablation in the treatment of renal cell carcinomas

ABSTRACT Renal cell carcinoma（RCC） is one of the common malignant tumors of urinary system. Nephron sparing surgery is the golden standard for treatment of early stage RCCs. In addition to the traditional partial nephrectomy， a variety of means of nephron sparing surgeries have been gradually popularized in clinical application， and microwave ablation is one of them. This paper intends to review the working principle of microwave ablation， indications and contraindications for the treatment of renal cancer， surgical approach selection， complications， efficacy evaluation and follow-ups， and combined treatment with new technologies.
