摘 要 胸痛是新型冠状（新冠）病毒感染后非常常见的症状。本文阐述新冠病毒感染后胸痛的定义、发病机制、诊疗流程、鉴别诊断、治疗建议等。临床医师应及时更新和掌握新冠病毒感染后胸痛相关的诊疗策略，以便于临床工作。

Diagnosis and treatment strategy of chest pain after COVID-19 infection

ABSTRACT Chest pain is a very common symptom after COVID-19 infection. This article describes the definition， pathogenesis， diagnosis and treatment process， differential diagnosis， treatment suggestions of chest pain after COVID-19 infection. Clinicians should timely update and master the diagnosis and treatment strategies related to chest pain after COVID-19 infection， so as to facilitate clinical work.
