诌议Ⅰ型变态反应性疾病现代医学与中医治疗的相似之处

摘 要 对于Ⅰ型变态反应性疾病，现代医学采用抗过敏、降低气道高反应性、消除炎症因子、抗血小板活化、调节免疫——神经紊乱等治疗；中医以祛风、理气、化痰、通瘀、补泻为治法，细观中西医医治手段，二者存在一定相似之处。

Discussion of similarities between modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of type I allergic diseases

ABSTRACT Type I allergic diseases are treated in modern medicine with anti-allergy， reducing airway hyper responsiveness， eliminating inflammatory factors， anti-platelet activation， and regulating immune-neurological disorders， etc.； traditional Chinese medicine adopts the treatment methods of dispelling wind， regulating qi， resolving phlegm， unblocking blood stasis， and tonifying and reducing diarrhea， and compared with traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment methods， there are certain similarities between them.

變态反应又称过敏反应，部分人群初次接触变应原后，B细胞产生特异性IgE抗体吸附于肥大细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞表面，机体处于致敏状态；再次接触相同变应原，快速激活嗜碱性粒细胞、肥大细胞脱颗粒，炎性物质如组胺、白三烯、前列腺素等不断生成、募集、释放，随血液蔓延全身，常波及呼吸道、皮肤、消化道等，如过敏性鼻炎、哮喘、胃肠炎、皮炎等，属Ⅰ型变态反应性疾病[1]，对应“鼻鼽”“瘾疹”“哮证”等中医病名。（剩余7867字）
