一株优良野生黑木耳菌株的筛选及其栽培特性

摘要：  从野生黑木耳材料中，分离、纯化得到25个不同菌株，通过生物学特性和拮抗试验，选出8个独立菌株。综合测定8个菌株的长满袋天数、污染率、耳片形状及颜色、干木耳子实体产量四个指标，HM07表现优异，是适合在该地区栽培的菌株。

Abstract 25 different strains were isolated and purified from wild Auricularia auricula collected in Daxing'an Mountains. By observing the biological characteristics of each strain and through antagonistic test， 8 independent strains were selected. Based on the four indexes of full bag days， pollution rate， ear shape and color and dry ear fruiting body yield of 8 strains， HM07 has excellent performance and is suitable for cultivation in this area.
