浅析《遵生八笺》睡眠养生思想
摘要 睡眠养生是指导人们在睡觉时如何保养生命,达到修身养性、促进恢复大脑疲劳,增强智慧的目的。本文通过对《遵生八笺》全书内容进行整理,从四时睡眠、睡眠与环境、睡眠节律与习惯、睡眠疾病与禁忌、睡前准备与助眠方法5个方面,探讨书中睡眠养生思想。

A Brief Analysis of the Sleep Health Preservation Thought in “Zunsheng Bajian”DONG Xubin

Abstract :Sleep health preservation guides people on how to maintain their lives during sleeping,aiming to cultivate the body and mind,,promoting brain recovery from fatigue,and enhancing intelligence.This article sorts out the content of the whole book “Zunsheng Bajian” and explores the sleep health preservation thoughts in the book from five aspects:sleep in differentseasons,sleep and environment,sleep rhythm and habits,sleep diseases and taboos,and pre-sleep preparation and sleep aid methods.
