开放大学三教协同创新发展机理与路径探索

［摘 要］三教协同创新发展是时谈时新课题，文章梳理了三教协同创新的历史背景，阐述了开放大学在三教协同创新中的使命，分析了开放教育和职业教育协同发展的机理，给出了开放教育和职业教育协同创新发展路径。

Exploration on the Mechanism and Path of Three-education Collaborative Innovation in Open Universities

Abstract：The development of three-education collaborative innovation is a new topic. This paper combs the historical background of three-education collaborative innovation， expounds the mission of open university in three-education collaborative innovation， analyzes the mechanism of open education and vocational education collaborative development， and gives the development path of open education and vocational education collaborative innovation.

一、引言

党的二十大报告提出“统筹职业教育、高等教育、继续教育协同创新，推进职普融通、产教融合、科教融汇，优化职业教育类型定位……推进教育数字化，建设全民终身学习的学习型社会、学习型大国”［3］，明确给出了三种教育属性需协同创新发展，为新时代三教协同提供了根本遵循。（剩余7252字）
