前置后驱车型传动系扭振问题分析与优化

摘 要:某前置后驱车型在1900~2050rpm转速、三挡全油门加速工况下出现车内轰鸣声问题,本研究通过实测与整车扭振仿真确定该NVH问题由传动系扭振引起,并通过重新匹配设计飞轮参数解决了该NVH问题。经实测验证,车内噪声由69.2dB下降到59.8dB,车内轰鸣声主观感受改善明显。

Analysis and Optimization of Torsional Vibration in the Transmission System of Front-rear Drive Vehicle

Abstract:A front-end rear-wheel-drive model has a roaring sound problem in the 1900-2050rpm speed and three-gear full-throttle acceleration. This study determined that the NVH problem was caused by the torsional vibration of the drive train through actual measurement and vehicle torsional vibration simulation. And the NVH problem was solved by re-matching the design flywheel parameters. It is verified by actual measurement that the noise inside the car has dropped from 69.2 dB to 59.8 dB, and the subjective feeling of the roar inside the car has been significantly improved.
