浅议特种设备司法鉴定法的特殊性

【摘要】 锅炉压力容器司法鉴定所从2003年6月成立至今，受理并进行了20多件有关特种设备方面的司法鉴定工作。本文根据实际工作中所积累实践经验，对特种设备司法鉴定的特殊性进行分析阐述。

On the Particularity of Special Equipment Judicial Appraisal Law

Abstract： Since its establishment in June 2003，the boiler and pressure vessel Forensic Institute has accepted and carried out more than 20 pieces of forensic work related to special equipment. According to the practical experience accumulated in the practical work，this paper analyzes the particularity of the judicial appraisal of special equipment.
