【摘  要】简要描述散热器风扇常转故障的可能原因，分析散热器风扇驱动原理，重点对引起散热器风扇常转的各种故障现象及故障诊断进行了详解，对不同故障的风扇驱动占空比信号进行总结，供业内同仁工作中参考。

【Abstract】This article briefly describes the possible reasons for the malfunction of the radiator fan，analyze the driving principle of the radiator fan，and focus on explaining the phenomena and diagnosis of various faults that cause the radiator fan to rotate normally. Summarize the duty cycle signals of the fan drive for different faults，for reference by colleagues in the industry.
