新能源汽车电机扁线绕组交流损耗对绕组分布影响研究

【摘  要】扁线绕组在新能源驱动电机中广泛应用。本文首先基于有限元仿真分析方法分析扁铜线的交流损耗产生的原理,然后分析扁线绕组交流损耗对绕组分布的影响和扁线绕组不同分布对反电势对称性的影响,最后通过分析不同绕组形式绕组分布来阐述扁线绕组的连接规律。

【Abstract】Rectangular wire winding was widely used in new energy vehicle motor. This paper firstly analyzed the principle of AC loss of rectangular copper wire based on the finite element simulation method,then studied the influence of AC loss of rectangular copper wire on winding distribution,finally explained the rules for rectangular wire connection by analyzing winding distribution for different winding forms.
