蜈蚣的本草及临床应用考证

【摘 要】  蜈蚣作为传统中药材已有几千年历史，具有熄风镇惊、散结通络、攻毒止痛的作用，临床广泛应用于风湿经络痹阻疼痛、肿瘤、皮肤病等，疗效颇佳。考证中药蜈蚣的别称、基源、产地、捕捉期、炮制等本草特征，以及深入挖掘古今文献中蜈蚣功效应用，对于提高临床用药的准确性、有效性意义重大。

Textual Research on the Herbal and Clinical Application of Centipede

Abstract： As a traditional Chinese medicine has thousands of years of history， centipede has the effect of extinguishing wind and quelling shock， dispersing knot and dredging collaterals， attack poison and analgesic. It is widely used in rheumatism meridian arthralgia， anti-tumor， skin diseases and other diseases with good curative effect. So the textual research of Chinese traditional medicine the centipede nickname， the source， origin， capture， processing and other characteristics of materia medica， and the centipede effect applied to dig deeper into ancient and modern literature， and provide reference to improve the accuracy of clinical medicine， effectiveness， is of great significance.

蜈蚣，古代亦称作“蒺藜”“螂蛆”等名，先秦文学典籍著作《尔雅》中就有记载，为古老的低等节肢动物［1］。（剩余6569字）
