基于经筋理论探讨筋针治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床思路

【摘 要】 筋针疗法是南京中医药大学刘农虞教授基于《灵枢·经筋》并结合多年临床经验总结而提炼的一种经典针刺方法。筋针疗法将过敏性鼻炎纳入筋性窍病范畴，通过辨病筋－选筋穴－筋针法的临床辨治思路，对过敏性鼻炎进行诊治。本文详细梳理筋针治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床辨治思路，以期为针灸治疗筋病提供新的思维模式。

Abstract：Sinew acupuncture therapy which was refined by the professor Liu Nongyu is based on the classical theory of Lingshu·Jingjin．According to sinew acupuncture，allergic rhinitis belongs to muscular orifice disease，and it carries out in three steps including identification of meridian sinew，selection of acupuncture points，determine manipulation．In this paper，the thoughts of sinew acupuncture therapy on allergic rhinitis is presented，and it is expected to enrich the clinical treatment plan for allergic rhinitis and provide thinking mode reference for acupuncture on disease of meridian tendon．
