中医药联合手术治疗湿热下注型混合痔经验撷英

【摘 要】 混合痔是各类痔病中相对严重的疾病，单纯手术治疗存在术后便秘、肿胀、预后不佳等问题，联合中医药治疗具有疗效佳、病程短等优势。文章总结了高玲主任治疗混合痔的临床经验，其认为混合痔的主要病机为湿热下注，治疗应以清热祛湿为原则，中医药内服、熏洗联合手术治疗混合痔，内外兼治，临床疗效显著。

Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoids of Dampness-heat Diffused Downward Type

Abstract：Mixed hemorrhoids are relatively serious diseases among all kinds of hemorrhoids. Simple surgical treatment has problems such as postoperative constipation， swelling and poor prognosis. Combined with traditional Chinese medicine， it has the advantages of good curative effect and short course of disease. This paper summarizes the clinical experience of director Gao Ling in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Director Gao Ling believes that the main pathogenesis of mixed hemorrhoids is Dampness-heat Diffused Downward. The treatment should be based on the principle of clearing heat and removing dampness. Traditional Chinese medicine oral administration， fumigation and washing combined with surgery in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids has both internal and external treatment， and the clinical effect is remarkable.
