中医药对周围神经损伤修复的研究进展

【摘 要】 中医学认为周围神经损伤属于“伤筋”“痹证”“痿证”等范畴。中医药治疗周围神经损伤的方法主要包括中药疗法如单味药和复方药;中医外治法如针灸、推拿和中药熏洗等。文章从中医药角度出发，对周围神经损伤症状、病因病机的中医学认识以及中医药治疗方法进行初步探析。

Research Progress on the Repair of Peripheral Nerve Injury by Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract：

According to Traditional medicine， peripheral nerve injury （PNI） belongs to “tendon injury”， “numbness” and “arthralgia”. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） treatments of PNI involve administration of traditional Chinese medicine， such as single medicine and compound medicine， and TCM external treatment including acupuncture， massage， herbal fumigation and washing， etc. In this paper， the growing understanding and treatment methods of PNI in TCM in recent years are reviewed.

周围神经损伤是指由于外力作用，如挤压伤、牵拉伤、挫伤、医源性损伤等因素导致周围神经传导功能受损，肢体出现运动障碍（如肌肉瘫痪、肌肉萎缩、肌张力低下）、感觉障碍（如疼痛、麻木等）、反射异常（如腱反射减弱或消失）和自主神经功能障碍等[1-3]。（剩余11340字）
