“脾胃归元针法”治疗面部过敏性皮炎初探

[摘要]面部过敏性皮炎是皮肤科常见疾病，发病率呈逐年递增趋势，王光安副教授从气机角度论治该病，疗效显著。文章基于《黄帝内经》气机升降理论，通过对相关治疗案例的分析，探讨王光安副教授应用“脾胃归元针法”治疗面部过敏性皮炎的临床经验，以期为针刺治疗该病提供理论依据与临床思路。

Abstract： Facial allergic dermatitis is a common dermatological disease， and its incidence is increasing year by year. The associate professor Wang Guang'an treats the disease from the point of view of Qi， and the curative effect is remarkable. Based on the theory of Qi ascending and descending in Huangdi Neijing， and through the analysis of relevant treatment cases， this paper discusses the tutor's clinical experience in the treatment of facial allergic dermatitis with "Leading Spleen and Stomach Qi returning to its primordial location acupuncture"，in order to provide theoretical basis and clinical ideas for acupuncture treatment of the disease.
