棉花纤维自动取样器的结构与工作原理介绍

摘要:在对棉花纤维品质检验时,至关重要的是对棉纤维进行取样,且关系到检验的准确性和效率。作者在实践中开发研制了一种棉花纤维自动取样器,比以往采用手工操作取样,降低了劳动强度、保障了取样大小的一致,提高了取样的效率及检验的准确性和效率。适合在棉花纤维的品质检验时进行取样应用。

Introduction to the Structure and Working Principle of Cotton Fiber Automatic Sampler

Abstract:In the inspection of cotton fiber quality,it is significant to sample cotton fiber,which is related to the accuracy and efficiency of inspection. The author developed an automatic cotton fiber sampler in practice,which reduces labor intensity,ensures the consistency of sampling size,and improves the efficiency of sampling and the accuracy and efficiency of inspection. It is suitable for sampling applications in the quality inspection of cottonfibers.
