无花果加工品研究进展

摘 要：无花果有富硒水果之王的美誉，其加工品属于富硒产品。从富硒无花果食用价值、药用价值的挖掘，富硒产品的加工利用等方面，总结了国内当前无花果加工品的开发研究成果，对产业发展实践遇到的问题提出了建议。

Research progress in figs processing products

Abstract：Figs are known as the king of selenium-rich fruits. The processed figs are selenium-rich products. This paper summarized the development and research results of the se-enriched figs in China from the aspects of their edible and medicinal value， and the processing and utilization of se-enriched figs， some suggestions on the research of product processing were put forward.
