低压计量箱自动化检测系统研究与设计

摘 要:通过介绍低压计量箱对国网公司的重要性,设计低压计量箱自动化检测系统设计方案,分别介绍输送接驳单元、外壳静载能力试验检测模块、冲击载荷试验检测模块、计量箱综合试验检测模块和样条切割模块,之后对检测系统的试验规程、硬件设计进行系统介绍。最后,验证检测系统方案的有效性和先进性。

Abstract: Through the introduction of the importance of low voltage metering box of the State Grid Company, the design scheme of automatic testing system for low-voltage metering box is designed. the conveying connection unit, shell static load capacity test module, impact load test module, metering box comprehensive test module and spline cutting module are introduced respectively, and the test rules and hardware design of the detection system are introduced systematically. Finally, the effectiveness and advanced nature of the detection system are verified.
