BIM技术在广州明珠湾大桥施工全过程中的深度应用

摘  要：以广州明珠湾大桥工程项目BIM技术应用施工实例为基础，对BIM技术应用到本工程的设计、施工和运营管理等全过程情况进行分析，总结完善BIM技术在复杂工程的深度运用，在施工管理过程中起到积极作用，加快工程项目管理升级的步伐，推动项目管理升级从“粗放型”向“精细化”“标准化”转变。

Abstract： Based on the construction example of the application of BIM technology in Guangzhou Pearl Bay Bridge project， this paper analyzes the whole process of the application of BIM technology to the design， construction and operation management of the project， summarizes and improves the deep application of BIM technology in complex projects， plays a positive role in the process of construction management， and speeds up the upgrading of project management， so as to advance the process of upgrading project management from being "extensive" tobeing "intensive" and "standardized".
