柔性立管运营风险分析与维护管理建议

摘  要：文章根据海洋油气输送柔性立管的运行环境，提出了影响柔性立管剩余寿命的主要因素为腐蚀和疲劳的双重作用。针对上述立管运营风险，提出基于腐蚀监测的疲劳分析方法，并对柔性立管运营期的生产维护提出了建议。文章对运营期柔性立管的腐蚀情况分析、疲劳分析、维护管理等具体工作有广泛的指导意义。

Abstract： According to the operating environment of flexible risers for offshore oil and gas transportation， it is pointed out that the main factors affecting the remaining life of flexible risers are the dual effects of corrosion and fatigue. In view of the above riser operation risk， this paper puts forward the fatigue analysis method based on corrosion monitoring， and puts forward some suggestions for the production and maintenance of flexible riser during operation. This paper has extensive guiding significance for the corrosion analysis， fatigue analysis， maintenance and management of flexible risers during operation.
