摘要：大数据技术在大型企业数字化转型中不仅能够帮助其稳固资产、提升业务能力、降本增效和营销宣传等，还对企业的战略规划有着支撑作用。以数据为基础，在现有的企业数据条件下，做出对数字企业有益的战略决策，可以提升企业的精细化管理水平。

Abstract：In the digital transformation of large enterprises， big data technology can not only help them stabilize assets， improve business capabilities， reduce costs and increase efficiency，and promote marketing， but also support their strategic planning. Based on data， under the condition of existing enterprise data， making strategic decisions beneficial to digital enterprises can improve the level of refined management of enterprises.
