激光清洗对合金钢焊接性能的影响

摘要:研究激光清洗对合金钢焊接性能的影响规律,为钢架结构件焊前清洗选取一种高效、绿色的清洗方式。选取两种除锈方式对不同表面状态下的钢板进行清洗。分析结果表明:采用激光清洗的钢板表面可以满足焊缝质量I级要求,而且激光焊前清洗还具有快捷高效、处理后对基材没有损伤、基材表层会形成硬化层等优势。

The effect of laser cleaning on the welding performance of alloy steel

Abstract: The effect of laser cleaning on the weldability of alloy steel was studied, and an efficient and green cleaning method was selected for the pre-welding cleaning of steel frame structure. Two kinds of rust removal methods were selected to clean the steel plate under different surface states. The analysis results show that the laser cleaning steel plate surface can meet the requirements of weld quality level I, and the advantages of laser cleaning before welding are fast and efficient, no damage to the substrate after treatment, and the substrate surface will form a hardened layer.
