带式输送机滚筒加工质量控制

[摘    要]文章结合实际，对带式输送机滚筒加工质量控制要点进行研究。首先阐述滚筒加工质量给带式输送机产生的影响因素，其次对滚筒加工工艺以及质量控制要点进行全面探讨，希望通过分析能够给相关领域的工作人员提供一些参考。

[Abstract]Combined with practice， this paper studies the key points of machining quality control of belt conveyor drum. Firstly， this paper expounds the influencing factors of the drum processing quality to the belt conveyor， and then comprehensively discusses the drum processing technology and the key points of quality control， hoping to provide some references to the staff in relevant fields after analysis.

1 滚筒加工质量对带式输送机的影响

1.1 皮带跑偏原因

1.1.1 滚筒位置胶带跑偏

输送机内滚筒圆柱度精度不合格造成胶带在临近输送机滚筒部位上因为张力存在的不同，所以导致胶带会向着直径相对较大的一侧偏离运行;驱动滚筒的精确度比较差，滚筒和输送带中心线是不垂直的，会直接偏向张力较大的一侧;驱动滚筒中的轴承、传动轴等部件出现了故障问题，出现偏斜的情况，使得胶带发生偏离运行。（剩余5122字）
