电气工程及其自动化专业应用型人才培养探究

[摘    要]对于电气工程的实际应用而言，其关键与核心是培养电气工程及其自动化专业应用型人才。飞速发展的电气自动化，使社会不断提高对应用型人才的要求。基于此，本文从电气工程及其自动化专业特点和培养目标出发，对此专业应用型人才培养策略进行探索，希望给有关机构提供参考与借鉴。

[Abstract]For the practical application of electrical engineering， the key and core is to cultivate application-oriented talents majoring in electrical engineering and automation. The rapid development of electrical automation makes the society continuously improve the requirements for applied talents. Based on this， starting from the characteristics and training objectives of electrical engineering and its automation specialty， this paper explores the training strategy of Applied Talents in this specialty， hoping to provide reference and reference for relevant institutions.
