精准护理干预在无痛结肠镜检查中的应用效果

【摘要】目的：研究并分析无痛结肠镜检查中采用精准护理干预的效果。方法：将我院的76例行无痛结肠镜检查患者作为研究对象，时间2021年3月—2022年6月，按照每个组38例的平均分方式将76例患者分成对照组和观察组，将常规护理干预应用到对照组中，将精准护理干预应用到观察组中，对比两组效果。结果：对照组肠道清洁评分和结肠镜检查时间均显著长于观察组，肠道准备依从性、健康教育接受率、心理干预效果、护理满意度均显著低于观察组，不良反应发生率显著高于观察组，二者对比差异显著（P

【Abstract】Objective： To study and analyze the effect of precise nursing intervention in painless colonoscopy. Methods： 76 patients who underwent painless colonoscopy in our hospital were taken as the research object，the time was from March 2021 to June 2022，according to the average pattern of 38 cases in each group，76 patients were divided into control group and observation group，the routine nursing intervention was applied to the control group，and the precise nursing intervention was applied to the observation group，to compare the two results of the two groups.
