略谈肿瘤病的辨治要领

〔摘要〕 笔者根据多年临床实践经验，总结中医诊治肿瘤病的四辨：辨部位、辨痰瘀、辨寒热、辨虚实，阐述肿瘤治疗四法：攻法、消法、散法、补法，并通过临床验案分享诊疗经验，以供同仁参考。

A brief discussion on the essentials of differentiating and treating tumor diseases

〔Ａｂｓｔｒａｃｔ〕 Based on my years of clinical experience， the four identifications in the diagnosis and treatment of tumor diseases by Chinese medicine are summarized. They are the identification of disease location， phlegm or blood stasis， cold or heat， and deficiency or excess. Accordingly， the four treatment methods are removing pathogenic factors， reducing， resolving， and reinforcing healthy qi. Here， I share my experience by medical records， hoping to provide reference for diagnosing and treating tumor.

近年来，肿瘤病的发病率越来越高，其中肺癌发病率居第1位，占全部恶性肿瘤发病的20.38%，其次为结直肠癌、胃癌、肝癌和女性乳腺癌，恶性肿瘤死亡前5位的分别是肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、食管癌和结直肠癌[1]。（剩余7305字）
