蒋益兰教授基于“轻复气机”思想治疗恶性肿瘤

〔摘要〕 国家级名中医蒋益兰认为恶性肿瘤病机演变、发展过程以气化失常为主要矛盾，治疗上应强调审察气机，提倡精简用药，选用清平柔和之品，注意剂量、配伍，用药顺应四时，使气机轻复，辨证准确则收效亦佳。并举恶性肿瘤医案2则，以资佐证。

Professor Jiang Yilan's thought in treating malignant tumors based on "gently restore the movement of Qi"

〔Abstract〕 Professor Jiang Yilan， a national famous TCM doctor， believes that the main contradiction in the pathogenesis evolution and development process of malignant tumor is abnormal function of Qi. In the treatment， we should emphasize the examination of Qi mechanism， advocate the simplification of drug using， the selection of smooth and soft products， pay attention to the dosage and collocation， and the use of drugs in accordance with the four seasons， so that the Qi mechanism can be easily restored and if the syndrome differentiation is accurate， the effect is also good. Two medical cases of malignant tumor were cited for evidence.
