区块链技术在电子数据存证中的困境及完善路径

摘 要：因電子证据中心化存证存在易篡改易破坏、电子证据存证成本高等问题，运用区块链技术存证电子数据十分必要。然则，在运用区块链技术存证电子数据的过程中，在技术、法律、应用等层面出现了一些困境。笔者通过对区块链存证所遭遇的困境进行分析，探究区块链存证电子数据的完善路径。

Abstract： Due to the problems of centralization of electronic evidence， easy usurpation， easy destruction and high cost of electronic evidence， it is necessary to use blockchain technology to deposit electronic data. However， in the process of using blockchain technology to deposit electronic data， there are some difficulties in technology， law and application. By analyzing the difficulties encountered by blockchain certificate deposit， the author explores the improvement path of electronic data of blockchain certificate deposit.
