摘 要：依托珠江三角洲水资源配置工程土建施工A4标项目，介绍大埋深高水头盾构安全分体始发技术，实现盾构的安全快速始发，为土压平衡盾构施工技术在深隧盾构工程中的应用提供宝贵经验。

Abstract： Based on the A4 standard project of civil construction of pearl River Delta water resources allocation project， this paper introduces the safe separation initiation technology of shield tunneling with large buried depth and high water head to realize the safe and rapid initiation of shield tunneling， and provides valuable experience for the earth pressure balance shield construction technology in deep tunnel shield tunneling engineering.
