摘要:实验设计时选择合适的方法,有利提高科研效率。综述了多种研究蛋白质相互作用的方法,分析了各类方法的优缺点以及在水稻中的研究应用,归纳整理了现有的大型蛋白互作数据库。

Abstract: Studying the interaction between proteins is very important for rice genetic improvement, disease resistance and yield increase, and improving rice quality. This paper introduces a variety of methods for studying protein-protein interaction, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various methods, as well as their research and application in rice. The existing large protein interaction database was summarized for reference by researchers.
