加快实施“陇薯入藏”行动计划的必要性及其发展建议

摘要：分析了加快实施“陇薯入藏”行动计划必要性，针对西藏地区马铃薯产业发展现状及生产中存在的突出问题，阐明了“陇薯入藏”行动计划的发展思路与总体目标，提出“陇薯入藏”行动计划的发展建议。

Necessity and Suggestions of Plan of “Longshu” Potato into Tibet

Abstract：This paper analysised outstanding problems in the potato industry development in Xizang and necessity of the “Longshu” potato into Tibet， in view of the present situation of potato industry development and the outstanding problems existing in production in Tibet， the development ideas and overall objectives of the action plan were expounded， and put forward development advice for the “Longshu” potato into Tibet plan.
