In 1934， the Ministry of Education of the Republic of China （1912-1949） held a national exhibition of labor class assignments by vocational schools and primary and secondary schools in order to assess the teaching effect of labor classes in these schools. This was the largest labor class assignments exhibition organized by the government at that time. More than 30000 works were collected across the country， and 1513 schools in 30 provinces and cities participated in this exhibition.
