一种双断点塑壳断路器触头系统平衡优化设计

摘 要: 双断点塑壳断路器具有良好的限流能力和配电安装优势,其触头系统的平衡和稳定性能是产品结构设计的关键。针对一种结构简单、安装方便的双断点触头系统,结合力学分析和仿真计算,对系统结构进行优化设计,提出一种触头接触稳定、压力一致性和自动平衡性能良好,可实现斥开卡住功能的结构设计思路。

Balance Optimization Design of Double-Break Moulded Case Circuit Breaker Contact System

Abstract: The double-break moulded case circuit breaker have good current limiting capability and advantages in power distribution and installation.The balance and stability of their contact systems are the keys to product structure design.In response to a double-break point contact system with simple structure and easy installation,combined with the mechanical analysis and simulation calculation,the system structure is optimized.A structure design concept is proposed,which features provide a stable contact,good pressure consistency and automatic balancing performance,and can realize the function of repelling and getting stuck.
