老年及体弱老年人群睡眠呼吸障碍的治疗选择

［摘要］睡眠呼吸障碍（SDB）的发病率随着年龄增加而增加，人口老龄化使得临床医生面临更多的老年SDB患者。有关SDB治疗策略的推荐对象主要是中青年患者，但这些策略是否适用于老年，尤其是体弱老年患者的相关研究并不多。本文介绍了老年及体弱老年SDB的治疗推荐，旨在为此类特殊人群的治疗提供参考。

［Abstract］Sleep-disordered breathing（SDB） has an increasing prevalence with age.Physicians have to confront with a growing number of elderly SDB patients due to aging.Current treatment strategies for SDB patients are based on the evidence from middle-aged and younger patients.It remains unclearly whether those strategies should be applied to elderly and frail elderly patients.This paper introduces and provides SDB treatment guidance based on available evidences for elderly and frail elderly SDB patients.
