Abstract： Thedigitizationofcultureisan important strategicchoicefor promotingcultural inheritanceand innovative development.Taking the Chinese animated film Ne Zha 2 asan entry point，this paper deeply analyzes the mission and responsibilityofcro-layer communicationofarchival culturein strengtheningculturalawarenessresponding tocultural benefits forthe people，and enhancing cultural self-strengthening under the backgroundof thecultural digitization strategy.It also proposes practicalpathsforcros-layercommuncationofarchivalculturefromfouraspects：policyguidance，naative strategies，datamining，andinfrastructure，withtheaimofprovidingtheoreticalreferencesandinspirationsforexploring the mechanism of in-depth integrationof culture and technologyin the archival field in the digital age.
