数字环境下科学数据归档管理探究

摘 要：科学数据作为重要的科技信息资源应规范归档管理事项，保障其共享利用及价值深度开发具有重要意义。文章对科学数据归档现状进行分析，发现存在科学数据易丢失篡改、可用性无法保证、归档不齐全等问题。基于此，提出科学数据归档管理策略为明确归档范围，制定归档标准，优化归档方式，部署数据治理工具。

Exploration of Scientific Data Archiving Management in Digital Environment

Abstract： Scientific data is an important scientific and technological information resources should be standardized archiving management matters， to ensure its shared use and value of the depth of development is of great significance. The article analyzes the current situation of scientific data archiving and finds that scientific data are easy to be lost and tampered with， availability cannot be guaranteed， and archiving is incomplete. Based on this， it is proposed that the management strategy of scientific data archiving is to： clarify the scope of archiving， formulate archiving standards， optimize archiving methods， and deploy data governance tools.
