新《档案法》背景下国家综合档案馆文化功能实现的路径探索

摘 要：新《档案法》的颁布和实施为实现综合档案馆文化事业的高质量发展提供了方向和路径。文章在阐释国家综合档案馆文化功能及其实现概念的基础上，对综合档案馆文化功能实现的驱动因素和现实困境进行分析，进一步探索综合档案馆文化功能实现的具体路径。

Path Exploration of Cultural Function Realization of National Comprehensive Archives Under the Background of the Adoption of Revised Archives Law of the People’s Republic of China

Abstract： The promulgation and adoption of the revised Archives Law of the People’s Republic of China has provided directions and paths for the high-quality development of the cultural undertakings of comprehensive archives. On the basis of explaining the cultural function of the national comprehensive archives and its concept of realizing the function， this paper analyzes the driving factors and realistic dilemmas of the realization of the cultural function of comprehensive archives， and further explores concrete paths for the realization of the cultural function of the comprehensive archives.
