从“讲好黄河故事”到“讲好中国故事”的档案资源开发服务典型案例分析

摘  要：黄河文化有悠久的历史，借助档案资源“讲好黄河故事”，是延续历史文脉的重要体现。新时期要“讲好中国故事”，也要充分发挥档案的权威性，积极开发利用档案资源，向世界传递中国声音。本文围绕如何传播档案文化的主题，在借鉴“讲好黄河故事”典型案例的基础上，探索“讲好中国故事”的路径。

Abstract： The Yellow River culture has a long history. “Telling the story of the Yellow River” with the help of archive resources is an important embodiment of continuing the historical context. We must “tell the story of China well” in the new era， give full play to the authority of archives， develop and utilize archives resources， and convey China's voice to the rest of the world. This paper explores how to “tell the story of China well” on the basis of “telling the story of the Yellow River well” with a focus on how to promote the archives culture.
