儿童成长档案的记录与管理问题探讨

摘  要：儿童成长档案的内容随着教育改革的深入在不断更新，档案记录方法也随着互联网技术的发展而变得多样化。文章首先分析了儿童成长档案的构成，探析了当前儿童成长档案的记录与管理现状，在此基础上提出了创新记录方法的思路和优化档案管理的策略。

Abstract： With the deepening of education reform， the content of children's growth archives is constantly updated， and the recording methods are becoming diversified with the development of Internet technology.This paper first analyzes the composition of children's growth archives， explores the current situation of recording and management of children's growth archives， and on this basis， puts forward the ideas of innovative recording methods and the strategies of optimizing the management of archives.
