机器人辅助腹腔镜手术治疗肾结石及危险因素的研究进展

摘 要 随着机器人手术系统的发展，机器人辅助腹腔镜手术在肾结石患者中得到了广泛应用，并取得了满意的治疗效果。尤其是治疗难度较大的复杂性肾结石，机器人辅助腹腔镜手术疗效确切，有效减少了并发症，降低了手术出血风险。现将肾结石危险因素及机器人辅助腹腔镜手术治疗肾结石的研究进展报道如下。

Abstract With the development of robotic surgical system， robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery has been widely used in patients with kidney stones， and has achieved satisfactory results. Especially in the treatment of complex kidney stones， robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery could effectively reduce complications and the risk of surgical bleeding. The risk factors of kidney stones and the research progress of robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery are reported as follows.
