Abstract  To introduce orientation pattern of undergraduate nursing freshmen，review status quo of interdisciplinary orientation pattern of undergraduate nursing freshmen，consider the construction of interdisciplinary orientation pattern of undergraduate nursing freshmen，and further proposes development strategies of interdisciplinary orientation pattern of undergraduate  nursing  freshmen，in order  to  promote the optimization of development work of orientation of undergraduate nursing freshmen in China.

摘要  介绍护理学专业本科新生导学模式，对护理学专业本科新生导学模式的研究现状进行综述，对构建护理学专业本科新生跨学科导学模式进行思考，进一步提出护理学专业本科新生跨学科导学模式的发展策略，以期推动我国护理学专业本科新生导学培养工作的优化。（剩余15653字）
