百令胶囊辅助治疗慢性肾炎概述

【摘要】  慢性肾炎的主要特征为血尿、蛋白尿、水肿和高血压。百令胶囊是肾病疾病常见的中成药之一，具有减少慢性肾炎患者24 h尿蛋白含量，促进肾小管细胞的增殖和再修复，抑制肾小球代偿性肥大和改善肾脏其他功能等作用。本文对百令胶囊在慢性肾炎中的辅助作用综述如下。

Summary of Bailing capsule in adjuvant treatment of chronic nephritis

【Abstract】  The main features of chronic nephritis are hematuria，proteinuria，edema，and hypertension.As one of the common Chinese patent medicines for renal diseases，Bailing capsule can reduce 24-hour urinary protein content in patients with chronic nephritis，promote the proliferation and rerepair of renal tubular cells，inhibit compensated hypertrophy of renal glomerulus and improve other renal functions.In this paper，by searching the literature and academic journals on the treatment of chronic nephritis with Bailing capsule combined with some western medicine，the therapeutic results were discussed.

慢性肾炎具有病情进展缓慢、病理复杂、病情反复、预后较差等特点，随着疾病的发展，肾功能会出现不同程度的损伤，最终发展成为肾病综合征，威胁患者的生命健康[1]。（剩余6239字）
