海外总承包项目综合管理工作优化探析

〔摘 要〕以菲律宾某冶炼厂改造工程为例,介绍了该海外工程总承包项目的综合部(国内部分)的岗位设置及其职责范围,分析了海外EPC项目综合部工作与国内EPC项目管理的类似部分和不同部分,总结了该项目实施过程中的经验,并针对该项目综合管理过程中遇到的问题给出了优化建议。

Analysis on the Optimization of Integrated Management of Overseas Engineering

Abstract  Taking the renovation project of a smelter in the Philippines as an example, this paper introduces the job setting and scope of responsibilities of the general affairs department (domestic sector) of the overseas general contract project, analyzes the similar and different works of the general affairs department of the overseas EPC project and the project management of the domestic EPC project, summarizes the experience in the project implementation period, and provides optimization suggestions for the problems encountered in the integrated management  of the project.
