基于MineSched编制矿山采掘计划的研究

〔摘 要〕以某矿山为例,应用MineSched软件,结合地下矿山的特点,对该矿山进行了掘进进度计划和采矿进度计划的编制,并在此基础上生成了矿山采掘计划结果。该结果详细计算了该矿山的基建时间和工程量,精确模拟了矿山的逐年生产能力和投达产时间,能有效指导矿山合理组织生产,并为优化出矿品位提供依据。

Abstract  Taking a certain mine as an example, MineSched software was used to develop a drifting schedule and mining schedule according to the characteristics of underground mine. On a basis of which the result of the mine schedule of extraction and development was generated. This result provides a detailed calculation of the capital construction time and quantities of the mine, accurately simulates the annual production capacity and production buildup period/full production period of the mine. It can effectively guide the rational organization and production of the mine, and provide a basis for optimizing the grade of ore withdrawal.

1   矿山采掘进度计划编制概况

矿山采掘进度计划主要是根据矿山生产规律、长远规划、总体设计及生产特点,将生产中各种可变因素有机地组织起来,使矿山生产做到设备布置合理、采场推进科学、人员组织优化、工序配合顺畅;在保证采掘进度的基础上,依据经济效益最大化的原则,确定产量、质量和各项技术经济指标的最佳方案。(剩余4554字)
