利用闪速熔炼工艺处理电子废弃物的技术探讨

〔摘 要〕介绍了合理处置和回收电子废弃物的重要性,为实现对电子废弃物这类宝贵的二次资源的绿色处理和高效回收,提出了一种新型的电子废弃物闪速熔炼工艺。介绍了该工艺运输与配料、闪速冶炼与还原、熔炼烟气处理等工艺流程,并针对熔池侧吹、渣中铁氧化物的还原控制、二次燃烧、渣型选择等关键技术进行了探讨。

Abstract  The paper introduces the importance of reasonable disposal and recovery of electronic waste. A new flash smelting process for electronic waste is proposed to achieve environmental treatment and high-efficiency recovery of valuable secondary resources of electronic waste. The paper puts forward the process flow of transportation and blending, flash smelting and reduction, and smelting off-gas treatment, and makes a discussion of key technologies such as molten bath side blowing, reduction of iron oxides in slag, secondary combustion, and slag selection.
