职能导向下档案馆人才培育策略

摘要：该文从界定“档案馆人才”概念出发，分析档案馆“人员多人才少”的现实困境及其成因，提出以档案馆职能为导向的人才培育策略——选择内部培育为重点途径，以培育精通馆藏和全面服务两方面能力作为目标，实现馆内“人员”到“人才”的提升。

Abstract： Based on defining the concept of "ar？ chives of talent"， this paper analyzes one of the diffi？ culties in archives is "more personnel less talent"， and the cause of it. And it also puts forward the function- oriented talent cultivation strategies： in？ ternal cultivating way and cultivating object that em？ phasizes abilities in the two aspects of collection and comprehensive service to realize the promo？ tion of "personnel" to "talent" in the archives.
